How do the AdvisroBnb vet guests and make sure my property is looked after?

Taking good care of your property is absolutely our first priority.

We will enforce your house rules and do not allow guests to stay that intend on having parties or disturbing neighbours at night.

We use various methods to confirm guests are suitable but most important is checking previous host reviews and that they have verified their ID on Airbnb.

Do you advertise my property on other platforms than Airbnb?

Yes we can advertise your place on other popular holiday lettings platforms. Please ask us for further information.

Do you handle key exchange?

Always! We welcome our guests personally, but we also offer a well-appointed self check-in service. Ask us for more details!

Do you take care of the cleaning after guests have left?

We certainly do! Guests are shown the cost of cleaning when they make their booking through Airbnb and pay for this in advance of their stay.

Note: As standard the service fee includes cleaning at check-out and fresh linen. If you require a pre-clean of your place before guests arrive just let us know and we will gladly arrange.

We operate within the Sofia area, please contact us to find out if we can cover your property.

How do I pay you?

Simple. We deduct our fees from the amount the guest pays and send you the balance along with a full itemised invoice at the end of each month so you can see the full breakdown for yourself.

Do you manage single room rentals?

No. Unfortunately we do not manage single room rentals at this time.

Do I have to pay if no guests stay?

No. There are no monthly fees so if you have no bookings we wont charge you a thing.

Do you have a referral program?

Absolutely! Just ask us about our referral scheme and we will gladly pay you a cash bonus!
